Policies, Terms & Conditions
1. Deposit Requirement
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of AWG 15 is required at the time of booking.
This deposit is credited toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, out of respect for our time and other clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any penalties.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Repeated short-notice cancellations may require future appointments to be prepaid in full.
3. No-Show Policy
A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without canceling or notifying us in advance.
If you do not show up for your appointment, your AWG 15 deposit will be forfeited.
Repeated no-shows (more than one) will result in:
Mandatory pre-payment in full for all future bookings.
Possible refusal of service at our discretion.
Please respect our time and the appointments of others by communicating in advance if you can’t make it.
4. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to accommodate you under the following conditions:
Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit.
If you attempt to reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for the new booking.
5. Exceptions & Emergencies
We understand that life happens and emergencies can arise.
If you experience a genuine emergency (medical, family, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible.
At our discretion, we may allow a one-time transfer of your deposit or offer rescheduling without penalty.
Documentation may be requested in some cases.
6. Your Support Matters
We are a small business, and every appointment slot matters. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect our ability to serve others and maintain a sustainable schedule.
